Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made-to-order, personalized to your specifications, which means once production has started, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with a photo of the damage. We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost. Please ensure you report any damages within 48 hours of delivery.

Exceptions:

Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable in cases where the item has arrived damaged or defective. Once the replacement request is received and approved, we will ship out a replacement free of charge. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
